Interiors by Lindsay will spend 2-3 hours with the home seller and preferably with the real estate agent, walking through the home and discussing the wants, needs, goals and expectations for the home. We will roll up our sleeves and transform the areas of the home based on priority and time. We will end the consultation with a proposal for further staging services if needed.
This package works great for homes under 2,000 sqft. We will work with the home sellers making the most of what they have. At the end of the half-day we’ll go through the rest of the home while filling out our Action Plan, so they can complete any work we were unable to finish. This plan takes the weight off the real estate agent. It provides written instruction of ideal changes needed to be made.
